Avis Budget Posts Weak Q2 Results, Joins Fiverr International, Costar Group And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.1% on Wednesday.

Shares of Avis Budget Group Inc (NASDAQ:CAR) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

Avis Budget reported quarterly earnings of 98 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.80 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $2.998 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $3.101 billion.

Avis Budget Group shares dipped 13.3% to $144.20 in pre-market trading.

• O-i Glass, Inc (NYSE:OI) fell 13.8% to $7.81 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
• Digital Currency X Technology Inc (NASDAQ:DCX) shares declined 13.5% to $0.78 in pre-market trading after surging 24% on Tuesday.
• Logitech International SA (NASDAQ:LOGI) shares tumbled 10.5% to $99.90 in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter financial results and issued second-quarter sales guidance below estimates.
• Skyworks Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:SWKS) declined 10.5% to $57.90 in pre-market trading after the company reported third-quarter financial results and issued weak fourth-quarter adjusted EPS guidance.
• Neuropace Inc (NASDAQ:NPCE) dropped 10.4% to $13.72 in pre-market trading after the company announced it received communication from the FDA indicating that the PMA Supplement for idiopathic generalized epilepsy is not approvable in its current form.
• Frequency Electronics Inc (NASDAQ:FEIM) fell 10.4% to $59.50 in pre-market trading as the company announced the pricing of public offering.
• KLA Corp (NASDAQ:KLAC) shares dipped 9.4% to $172.80 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.
• Centrus Energy Corp (NYSE:LEU) fell 7.1% to $157.66 in pre-market trading.
