Nuburu, Inc. (AMEX:BURU) shares are slightly up during Monday’s premarket session. The company has announced a proposed public offering that is expected to be priced above the current market price.

In particular, the offering is expected to be priced at $0.1555 per share (or equivalent security), a 5% premium to the company’s July 10, 2026 closing price.
