    Iridium Communications, FuelCell Energy, Rocket Lab And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

    U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 350 points on Monday.

    Shares of Iridium Communications Inc (NASDAQ:IRDM) rose sharply after the company announced it will be acquired by Rocket Lab.

    Rocket Lab and Iridium Communications announced Monday that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Rocket Lab will acquire Iridium in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $8 billion in enterprise value.

    Under the agreement, Iridium shareholders will receive $27 in cash plus Rocket Lab shares, subject to an exchange ratio collar, for a total implied value of $54 per share.

    Iridium Communications shares jumped 21.3% to $52.78 on Monday.

    • Ouster Inc (NASDAQ:OUST) jumped 19.7% to $50.34.
    • Viasat Inc (NASDAQ:VSAT) gained 17.6% to $72.87.
    • Swarmer Inc (NASDAQ:SWMR) jumped 17% to $47.97. Swarmer added $1 million in revenue from SkyKnight contract update.
    • Charter Communications Inc (NASDAQ:CHTR) surged 15% to $153.69.
    • Prime Medicine, Inc (NASDAQ:PRME) gained 13.6% to $3.90. HC Wainwright & Co. analyst Arthur He upgraded Prime Medicine from Neutral to Buy and announced a price target of $8.
    • Roblox Corp (NYSE:RBLX) gained 12.8% to $53.69.
    • Satellogic Inc (NASDAQ:SATL) gained 11.3% to $5.14.
    • Churchill Capital Corp XI (NASDAQ:CCXI) gained 11.2% to $15.42.
    • Rocket Lab Corp (NASDAQ:RKLB) rose 10.3% to $93.27 after the company announced its intention to acquire Iridium Communications.
    • Bloom Energy Corp (NYSE:BE) gained 10% to $277.11.
    • Comcast Corp (NASDAQ:CMCSA) jumped 9.8% to $25.43 after the company announced it will separate into two independent publicly traded companies through a tax-free spin-off of NBCUniversal and Sky.
    • Sellas Life Sciences Group Inc (NASDAQ:SLS) gained 9.5% to $13.57.
    • ACM Research Inc (NASDAQ:ACMR) jumped 9.5% to $114.41.
