Netflix, State Street And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Friday

With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Friday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects State Street Corp (NYSE:STT) to report quarterly earnings at $2.63 per share on revenue of $3.66 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. State Street shares fell 0.6% to $141.00 in after-hours trading.
  • Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:NFLX) reported better-than-expected financial results for the first quarter of 2026 after the market close on Thursday. The company issued weak forecast for the second quarter and announced that chairman and co-founder Reed Hastings will not stand for re-election to the board when his term expires in June. Netflix shares tumbled 9.6% to $97.44 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Truist Financial Corp (NYSE:TFC) to post quarterly earnings at 99 cents per share on revenue of $5.17 billion. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Truist Financial shares rose 0.3% to $49.59 in after-hours trading.

  • Alcoa Corp. (NYSE:AA) reported downbeat first-quarter results after Thursday’s closing bell. Alcoa reported quarterly earnings of $1.40 per share, which missed the consensus estimate of $1.49, according to Benzinga Pro data. Quarterly revenue came in at $3.19 billion, missing the Street estimate of $3.3 billion and falling short of $3.37 billion from the same period last year. Alcoa shares declined 3.1% to $68.20 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc (NYSE:KNX) lowered its earnings guidance for the first quarter. The company said it now sees adjusted EPS of 8 cents to 10 cents, down from 28 cents to 32 cents. Knight-Swift shares fell 2.8% to $62.50 in after-hours trading.
