Serve Robotics Posts Upbeat Q4 Results, Joins Auna, Acacia Research And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Wednesday

U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index falling more than 200 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Serve Robotics Inc (NASDAQ:SERV) rose sharply during Wednesday's session after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results and raised its FY26 sales guidance.

Serve Robotics reported a fourth-quarter adjusted loss of 34 cents, better than the expected loss of 53 cents per share. Sales reached $882 thousand, beating the consensus of $762.5 thousand.

Serve Robotics shares surged 16.2% to $11.24 on Wednesday.

• Ocugen Inc (NASDAQ:OCGN) gained 26.2% to $2.23. Oppenheimer analyst Leland Gershell initiated coverage on Ocugen with an Outperform rating and announced a price target of $10.
• Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:NVTS) jumped 18.1% to $10.25.
• Blend Labs Inc (NYSE:BLND) gained 16.8% to $1.90 following fourth-quarter results.
• Acacia Research Corp (NASDAQ:ACTG) gained 16.6% to $4.84 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) gained 15.2% to $111.51 after the company announced a partnership with NVIDIA to deploy hyperscale cloud for AI needs. The partnership includes a $2 billion investment from NVIDIA.
• Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) surged 12.1% to $167.50 as the company reported upbeat financial results for the third quarter.
• IREN Ltd (NASDAQ:IREN) gained 9.5% to $41.74.
• CoreWeave Inc (NASDAQ:CRWV) rose 8.7% to $81.49.
• BioNTech SE – ADR (NASDAQ:BNTX) gained 8.2% to $90.75. BioNTech recently reported fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
• UniFirst Corp (NYSE:UNF) surged 8.1% to $280.49 after the company announced it will be acquired by Cintas.
• Intuitive Machines Inc (NASDAQ:LUNR) gained 7.8% to $19.08.
• Hims & Hers Health Inc (NYSE:HIMS) gained 7.8% to $25.33.
