Allison Transmission Holdings Raises Quarterly Dividend From $0.27 To $0.29/Share

Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), a global leader in high-performance mobility and work solutions built for the needs of the modern industrial world, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company's quarterly dividend from $0.27 to $0.29 per share on the Company's common stock and has declared a cash dividend of $0.29 per share on the Company's common stock for the first quarter of 2026. Payment will be made on March 20, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 9.
