Pinterest Posts Downbeat Results, Joins DraftKings, Toast, Expedia And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Friday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.2% on Friday.

Shares of Pinterest Inc (NYSE:PINS) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter sales guidance below estimates.

Pinterest delivered fourth-quarter revenue of $1.32 billion, missing analyst estimates of $1.33 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. The idea discovery platform company reported adjusted earnings of 67 cents per share for the quarter, missing analyst estimates of 69 cents per share.

Pinterest shares dipped 19.5% to $14.95 in pre-market trading.

• Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:RYAN) declined 15.7% to $37.39 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results. The company announced a $300 million buyback.
• DraftKings Inc (NASDAQ:DKNG) shares dipped 15.1% to $21.36 in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
• Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:BIO) fell 13% to $254.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed quarterly financial results and issued FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
• Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:AENT) shares dipped 12.1% to $5.61 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
• Central Puerto S.A. (NYSE:CEPU) fell 10.6% to $13.60 in pre-market trading.
• Flutter Entertainment PLC (NYSE:FLUT) fell 5.7% to $133.36 in pre-market trading.
• Toast Inc (NYSE:TOST) declined 5.7% to $24.66 in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results. The company authorized a $500 million increase to its share repurchase program.
• Century Aluminum Company (NASDAQ:CENX) shares dipped 5.6% to $46.90 in pre-market trading.
• Amkor Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMKR) shares declined 4.4% to $49.30 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of secondary offering of 10 million shares of common stock by the Kim Family.
• Expedia Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXPE) fell 4.2% to $217.75 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.
