The Wendy’s Company (NASDAQ:WEN) will release earnings for its fourth quarter before the opening bell on Friday, Feb. 13.

Analysts expect the Dublin, Ohio-based company to report quarterly earnings at 15 cents per share. That's down from 25 cents per share in the year-ago period. The consensus estimate for Wendy’s quarterly revenue is $540.79 million (it reported $574.27 million last year), according to Benzinga Pro.

The company has beaten revenue estimates in two straight quarters, but missed in six of the last 10 such periods.

Shares of Wendy’s fell 7.7% to close at $7.27 on Thursday.
