Insight Molecular Diagnostics Commences ~$26M Offering Of 4.526M Common Shares At $5.75/Share

Insight Molecular Diagnostics Inc., (NASDAQ:IMDX), ("iMDx" or the "Company"), today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 4,525,976 shares of its common stock, no par value per share (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) at an offering price of $5.75 per share in a registered direct offering.

The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company from the offering are expected to be approximately $26.0 million, before deducting the placement agent's fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to research and development in the transplantation category.
