South Plains Financial Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend From $0.16 To $0.17 Per Share

South Plains Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPFI) ("South Plains"), the parent company of City Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock, a 6% increase from the most recent quarterly cash dividend declared in November 2025. The dividend is payable on February 17, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 2, 2026.
