    The company reported quarterly earnings of 49 cents per share, beating the analyst consensus estimate of 44 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $343.071 million, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $338.758 million.

    Penguin Solutions shares surged 5.3% to $22.70 in the pre-market trading session.
