LogProstyle And Inmark Form Joint Venture, Inmark Holds 51% And LogProstyle 49% Ownership, To Develop Multi-Family Real Estate In Japan

LogProstyle Inc. (NYSE:LGPS) (the "Company" or "LogProstyle"), headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, is pleased to announce that on July 28, 2025, the Company entered into a shareholders' agreement with Australia-based Inmark Global Pty Ltd. ("Inmark") to establish a joint venture entity, Inmark LogProstyle Co., Ltd. ("Inmark LogProstyle"). The parties agreed to an initial ownership ratio whereby Inmark will subscribe for a 51% interest and LogProstyle will subscribe for a 49% interest in the company. Inmark LogProstyle plans to originate, acquire, finance, develop, manage, operate, and enhance real estate investment assets across Japan, with a particular emphasis on the multi-family real estate sector.
